Quit Wallowing; He Owes Her Nothing and Vice Versa

Today is one of those days I want to be controversial. Oh well not that I enjoy being controversial, I just like to speak my mind out. What I will say I am sure will rub those with a different opinion the wrong way. I however ask that they don't use their emotions on this.

It's not once I have heard someone say can you believe the girl took that man to school and when he got a good job he left her for another lady.  Or imagine that man nursed the lady when she was on her death bed till she recovered. Then God opened doors for her and she started making good money and abandoned her husband for being poor. Oh well and many more of how a couple slept on the floor during their first years of marriage and when money came in they couldn't hold it together. Mainly because one of them brought a third party on board.

When such stories are being shared, there is always a case of a victim. The victim is led to believe that the person that abandoned them is evil. They were supposed to stick with them through the end because of the many sacrifices they made for them previously. Now this is where I feel it's totally misled thinking.

If you nurse someone back to health, don't make it seem like you were God. It's God that heals the sick not the care giver. As the care giver remember God positions you there and ensures you have the energy to take care of His creation. So if there is a reward you need for nursing a sick person, seek it from God. Stop allowing yourself to live life all miserable because someone left you after you were there for them.

If you pay fees for someone, don't make it seem like they made it because you paid fees. Many go back to school and don't graduate for one reason or the other. And others after graduating don't get jobs. It's God who opens doors not any human. God uses one human to bless another to the next level. Tenda wema nenda zako.

What I am saying to us all is liberate yourself. Stop hating. Stop imprisoning yourself. If you help someone and they leave get back and praise God. Thank Him for using you to be a blessing to someone, a ladder for someone to get to the next stage. When you keep looking back at the sacrifices you make you tie your destiny. It blocks you from seeing your next task.

Why is it so hard for us to trust that the God that positioned us to be useful then can do it once more for us. Stop acting like any human being owes you a favor. Sorry that is the worst betrayal you will forever experience.

When you do good, do it for God. If we are going to expect any rewards let it be from God. If we are going to have any expectations, let them be from God. Expectations on human beings can be a total let down. If you yourself let you down, what of another?

Tafakari hayo.
